Stir-frying tips

As you all know I am a big fan of Jamie Oliver, below are some videos about making a healthy stir-fry from the Jamie’s Home Cooking Skills site.

Chopping onions.. oh how everyone dreads this. If you are going to be making a stir-fry or wok dish – your pretty much going to have an onion in it. As with many other dishes. As for those dreaded burning watery eyes – the best bet is to put on some goggles! Also, chopping carrots – or other veggies – this is another good knife skill to know for your healthy food prep.
